General conditions:

– The rental period runs from Saturday 2.00 PM to Saturday 10.00 AM

– The apartment is equipped for 4 persons

– Consumption of water, electricity en gas is included in the rent.

– Pets are not allowed

– Smoking in the apartment is forbidden

– Sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers, tea towels and towels must be provided by the tenants.

– The apartment must be cleaned thoroughly on departure. If it appears that additional cleaning is required, that will be charged at EUR 60. The cleaning can also be booked in advance.

– The lessee shall immediately report any damage and compensate at the time of the final settlement.

Garage

Along with the rent of the apartment a spacious garage can be made available at 500 m walking distance (via the Seafront). The garage can comfortably accommodate a large car and a few bicycles. Rental price EUR 60 per week. Contact the owner for booking.

The reservation:

– Guarantee: EUR 150

– Advance, payable at time of booking: 50% of the rent

– The balance (50% + guarantee) to be paid 1 month before the beginning of the rental period

– All payable on IBAN BE72 7380 0940 8416, BIC KREDBEBB

– The guarantee, less any costs (described above) will be refunded within 1 week after the end of the rental period

Possible cancellation:

– Cancellation more than 30 days before rental period: 50% of the advance will be refunded

– In case of later cancellation, the advance will not be refunded

– In case of non-payment or late payment of the balance, the letter can cancel the reservation and the advance will not be refunded.
